I have just realised that these were all aimed at American holiday and capitalism days. Heyho, here's how others live!

1. What did you eat on Thursday?
Soren squidgy bread / sushi / millionaires shortbread / seasalt dark chocolate (Lindt) / sudafed / strepsils / water so much water / a fair bit of my own phlegm / falafels hummous and salads

2. How many miles (kilometers) did you drive on Thursday?
None, I am not a driver

3. How many relatives did you see on Thursday?
Just mah wife

4. What did you wear on Thursday?
Pyjamas up until the time I had to leave the house for an event (see: sudafed) and then I wore
- black wool COS bell skirt (2014)
- black and white COS jumper (2023)
- black Nicole Farhi wool coatigan (2022, no link, imagine an olsen twin vibe but not *cough* The Row prices, TK Maxx bb)
- black Ecco chelsea boots (2022)
- black John Lewis boys school socks (wool blend, amazing value compared to the rip-off that is women's socks, can go in the dryer, soz if u r bigfeet)
- jewellery which I'll save for another day
- Sloggi zerofeel bra (do recommend)
- ancient undies M&S
- wife's tights

5. Are you planning to buy anything in particular on Friday?
Have not left the house but I did request a pain au raisin from Pret for breakfast, and that happened. I should buy some tights, I realise.
